Job Description:

This position requires the cleaning and maintenance of offices, engineering, inspection, cafeteria and restroom facilities.  Duties may include scrubbing, mopping, sweeping, dusting, washing, waxing, trash removal, stripping and any other cleaning function.  The position also requires outside maintenance such as mowing,  watering, raking and trash cleanup.  The position will require cleanup of the shop area from time to time.  This person will keep cleaning supplies inventory.  This position may help in any other utility role such as driving for deliveries, setting up for meetings and dinners, and/or otherwise helping out.

Required Skills:

This person will know the use of all cleaning compounds and their proper application.  The person will have adequate experience in commercial/industrial janitorial services.  The person must be organized and be able to maintain an inventory of consumable items.  This person will know safety rules as pertaining to dangerous situations that may arise from cleaning operations  This person must be bondable and pass pre-employment security check.    

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the basic hygiene and appearance of CAM Manufacturing, Inc. both inside and outside.  This position is responsible for having cleaning and paper supplies available at all times.
